Contact Sportlog
Email support@sportslog.app. Include the email on your account, your device type, app version, and a short description. Do not send your password, one-time codes, or full payment details.
Account access
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password? and use the six-digit code sent to your account email.
I think someone accessed my account
Change your password in Settings, choose to sign out other devices, and contact support if you see activity you do not recognize.
I want to delete my account
Open Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. You will review what is removed and confirm with your password. For another deletion route, use the account deletion page.
Subscriptions and billing
Apple and Google manage store billing and refunds. To stop renewal, cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Sportlog account does not cancel a store subscription.
Reports and moderation
Use in-app report and block actions for profiles, messages, reels, or other supported content. To appeal a decision, email support@sportslog.app with the decision details and why you believe it should be reconsidered. Do not repeatedly submit the same report.
Proof clips and XP
Proof must meet the duration shown in the app and use a supported video format. XP may be delayed while an activity is incomplete or under review. Manipulated, duplicate, or reused proof can be rejected and related XP reversed.
Location and nearby results
Enable location permission only if you want nearby suggestions. If results are missing, confirm that location is enabled for Sportlog and reopen the matching screen. Nearby distances are estimates, not navigation instructions.
Technical troubleshooting
- Check your internet connection and retry once.
- Install the latest Sportlog version available to your device.
- Close and reopen the app; sign out and back in only if your credentials are available.
- Contact support with the exact error text and what you were doing when it appeared.
