Drip policies
Terms of use
The rules that apply when you use Drip and its social fitness features.
Last updated:
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Drip (the “Service”), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.
3. Fitness and location safety
Drip is a social fitness and entertainment service, not medical advice, diagnosis, emergency assistance, or professional coaching. Exercise involves risk. Consider your health, surroundings, weather, equipment, and ability; stop if you feel unwell and seek qualified help when appropriate.
Nearby results and user-supplied locations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use public meeting places, tell someone your plans, and take appropriate precautions when meeting another user.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Drip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup, legal, and safety retention.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, including images of other people, music, logos, and venue content. Respect privacy and obtain consent before recording others.
5. Acceptable use
Drip has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This rule applies to profiles, reels, proof clips, crews, events, chats, and offline interactions arranged through the Service. Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive conduct may have content removed and their accounts restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.
You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, stalk, or discriminate against anyone.
- Post illegal, sexually exploitative, violent, hateful, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive content.
- Manipulate workout proofs, XP, rankings, purchases, referrals, or other product systems.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious code.
- Use another person’s account or collect personal information without permission.
Users can report objectionable content and block abusive accounts in the app. Reported content is removed from the reporter's feed immediately. We review inappropriate-content reports within 24 hours and, when a violation is confirmed, remove the offending content and suspend or terminate the responsible account.
6. Verification and game features
Workout verification, XP, missions, pets, rankings, and rewards are in-app features with no cash value unless expressly stated. We may correct errors, reject manipulated proof, reverse improperly awarded progress, or adjust balancing and eligibility rules to keep the experience fair.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features are billed through the store shown at checkout. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and trial conditions are presented before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play settings before the renewal date. Store rules govern billing, refunds, and cancellation.
Deleting your Drip account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
8. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may review reports and use automated tools to identify potential violations. We may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms. You can report content in the app and contact support if you believe a decision was mistaken. Affected users receive a neutral notice with the policy category, any applicable duration, and an appeal path; reporter identity and report details are not disclosed.
You may stop using the Service or permanently delete your account at any time.
9. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. We may perform maintenance or take urgent security action.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for user conduct, third-party venues, or injuries and losses caused by risks you knowingly take outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Use the support request form or email support@dripsocial.hk with questions or reports of inappropriate activity.
