Delete your account

How to permanently remove a Sportlog account and its associated data.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to the Sportlog account you want to delete.
  2. Open your profile, then select Settings.
  3. Open Danger zone and select Delete account.
  4. Review the data that will be removed, enter your current password, and confirm permanent deletion.

Deletion is processed immediately. You are signed out and cannot restore the account after it completes.

Request deletion without app access

Email support@sportslog.app from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Sportlog account deletion request.” We will verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or one-time code.

What is deleted

  • Account credentials, profile, device sessions, and notification tokens.
  • Activities, proof clips, reels, messages, uploaded chat images, and reactions.
  • XP, missions, pet progress, matches, memberships, friendships, and blocks.
  • Subscription status and other account-linked application records held by Sportlog.

If you own a shared crew, event, or group chat with another active member, ownership may transfer so the shared space is not erased for everyone else. Your own membership and content are still removed.

Limited retention

We may retain restricted records when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law, then delete or de-identify them when no longer needed. Apple, Google, and other payment providers retain their own transaction records under their policies and legal obligations.

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your Sportlog account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store subscription settings to stop future renewal.
